All meat is prepared with homemade rubs and sauces. I have been perfecting my bbq skills for about 7 years now. Cooking has now became a relaxing activity for me and I am happy to share my abilities with you all and be able to give the community some good AUTHENTIC BBQ, not any of the watered down corporate stuff.....I'm just a young man with a dream of owning a bbq spot......so BUY IT. EAT IT. LOVE IT!!!!!
